Membership Guidelines

Free membership with approval

SiHulk membership is free. Registration creates a pending application only. Access becomes active after an administrator has reviewed and approved the application.

Member identity

• Use a truthful full name for the private account record.
• Choose a respectful display name that does not impersonate another person, mislead the community or falsely claim an SiHulk role.
• Use an avatar you own or are authorised to use. Avatars must not contain hateful, sexually explicit, violent, unlawful, deceptive or humiliating material.
• SiHulk may remove or request changes to an avatar or display name that conflicts with these guidelines or the safety of the community.

Profile visibility

Display name, avatar, About Me details and relevant community activity may be visible to other members and, where a section is public, website visitors. Email, phone number, full/legal name and detailed address remain administrative information and are not displayed as public profile fields.

Community conduct

Communicate clearly, respectfully and openly. Differences should be discussed calmly without humiliation, threats, coercion, harassment or hostility. Protect confidential information and the dignity and safety of other members.

Closing your membership

Email info@sihulk.com from your registered address with the subject “SiHulk Account Closure Request”. After identity verification, the account will be disabled and eligible personal information will be deleted or anonymised. Records that must reasonably be preserved for security, governance, approved publications or legal obligations may be retained.
