The SiHulk Eid al-Fitr Celebration marks a day of victory and gratitude after successfully completing the month of Ramadan.
For SiHulk, this victory carries a deeper spiritual meaning. Throughout Ramadan, Muslims refrain from eating and drinking from dawn until sunset. In SiHulk’s spiritual understanding, this discipline symbolically reflects the transcendence of physical needs — Allah does not eat, drink, or depend upon anything for existence.
In this sense, the expression “becoming Allah” is understood spiritually and symbolically, not as a human being literally becoming God. It refers to overcoming the demands of the physical self and striving to reflect qualities of discipline, submission and freedom from worldly dependence.
Eid al-Fitr therefore celebrates the victory achieved through Ramadan — overcoming desire, strengthening self-discipline and completing a month of fasting, devotion and spiritual reflection.
For the SiHulk community, it is a joyful occasion to celebrate this victory together with gratitude, unity, fellowship and renewed spiritual purpose.
