Content and Article Policy

This policy applies to articles, images, documents, videos, classes, programme information, comments and other material submitted to SiHulk.

Approval before publication

Writers may prepare and submit material but cannot self-publish. Official material is subject to the SiHulk review and approval workflow. Submission does not guarantee publication, and approved material may be corrected, updated, archived or withdrawn.

Submission standards

• Material must be original or used with proper permission and attribution.
• Claims, quotations, translations and references should be accurate and capable of verification.
• Do not disclose private or confidential information without authority.
• Do not submit defamatory, hateful, threatening, exploitative, deceptive, unlawful or malicious material.
• Images must respect consent, dignity, copyright and SiHulk requirements concerning identifiable people.
• Artificially generated or materially altered content should be disclosed to reviewers where that fact affects accuracy or interpretation.

Editorial and governance review

Reviewers may request revisions for clarity, accuracy, attribution, tone, safety, doctrine, governance or legal compliance. The applicable SiHulk approval authority makes the final publication decision. Administrators implement technical access and publication decisions but do not bypass governance approval.

Corrections and removal

Report material requiring correction or removal to info@sihulk.com with the page link and reason. SiHulk may preserve an internal audit record of editorial and approval actions.
